Compare to cost they charge and service provided its below average. Bathrooms are really bad and need urgent renovations. Fan regulator work only on two speed full or slow no in between. Flask, crocreky are old and need replacement. Waiters are only looking for tip from you. Only advantage is location, near Rly station and heart of city. Management need to put effort to do the property.

Please don't go by name, ideally location is plus point of this hotel. Negative are poor maintenance. Situated in heart of saharanpur but lack maintenance by staff. Please check the room before you check in

Located in the middle of city, clock tower. Looks very imposing from outside. Room is ok but expensive. Bathroom is THIRD CLASS. smell. Dirty.. yuck.. They give u rates and when u leave, they will increase the prices, claiming they had given this price only. They will fight like hell. Please be prepared for this. Take prices from them in written beforehand. Or better, try another place

Went for a family function(marriage) there and stayed with family. The standard rooms are average and even deluxe rooms are not above average. The hygiene is not so good. The staff members switch off the AC every now and then, on their will and one has to find them and get it started all over. The food is also not very tasty. However, the location of the hotel is an advantage, as it is at prime location. So just an average hotel
